We’re sure that we can always find a good solution for both parties. Return shipments are only needed on very rare occasions, so you should always contact us first.
Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We generally create personal, custom photo mosaics with your pictures. These are not suitable for resale if returned. For this reason, we unfortunately can’t guarantee any returns, for example if you don’t like the picture, if there are objectionable pictures in your photo mosaic, or if individual pictures have been cropped oddly. This is why we always give you a free preview. Here, we provide you with tips for perfecting, and you can check your mosaic in detail before ordering. We are happy to accommodate all change requests free of charge until the preview looks perfect to you. You should look at the preview carefully so that there aren’t any problems with rendering your mosaic.
But of course, if you receive a flawless product and it’s damaged during transit, please proceed as follows:
– Send us a picture of the damage and your order code at firstname.lastname@example.org
– The damage must occur within 10 calendar days, otherwise Mosapics and the customer are agreed that the product was delivered in flawless condition
– The original packaging and the damaged picture must be saved in order to declare transportation damage
